The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre offers the ultimate event experience. With a philosophy of maximum flexibility, GCCEC effortlessly melds business tourism within a resort location offering delegates a total event experience.
The centre is exclusive in its size and is purpose built. The Arena seats 6,000 while the centre can cater for conventions of up to 5,000 delegates and banquets up to 2,200 delegates. It features a 6,345 square metre Exhibition Hall, 12 meeting rooms and 40 square metre open plan Conference Secretariat. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre is the next generation of convention centre offering total wireless technology allowing delegates and visitors to log on to email and the Internet from anywhere within in the venue. They also offer on-site, award winning catering that is HACCP compliant and audio-visual services by industry leaders Staging Connections, as well as in-house marketing and public relations support and professional event management.
Boasting numerous industry awards, the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre has most recently been inducted into the Meeting and Events Australia Hall of Fame winning the ‘best venue over 500 delegates’ three years in a row.
