Peppers Convent has recently enhanced the classic sophistication of its guest rooms with a fresh interior design scheme which marries a French provincial accent with a pure Australian country flavour.

The 1906 retreat, was originally home to the Brigidine order of nuns in Coonamble, located nearly 600kms west of the Hunter. The building was moved in pieces to its present location, before being painstakingly reconstructed by a team of master tradesman.

Ensconced within the Pepper Tree Complex, Peppers Convent is only a leisurely stroll from renowned Robert's Restaurant and Pepper Tree Winery Cellar Door.

Famous for the scrumptious breakfast served in the charming sunroom, guests can relish old-fashioned bread & butter pudding and the signature Eggs Benedict.
